Never will I rent from this company, what a joke. They take your security deposit, they charged me for a front door concrete stain outside my front door from where my neighbor put a door mat that wasn't mine and left a stain . what freaking idiots... oh don't rent lake harris either.
Lived at Eudora for 3 years and the new management sucks! They have an attitude and when I moved places they talked me out of a villa just to move into a problem apartment! We can’t sleep the people upstairs bang and vacuum at 12:30-4 am! We recorded it like they told us to and instead of helping told us we could break our lease and move out, not even a month in! Nicole and Skylar are horrible to work with!

I've been in my apartment 12 years. I've never been late once with rent, never had a neighbor make a complaint against me, and maintenance has always been wonderful. In the past few years, rents have been increased twice a year. After the latest increase in December 2024, we just received notice that another increase will take place in April 2025. Because of my limited disability income, I will not be able to pay for electricity. Thank you for that, Concord.
I felt like a prisoner in my own apartment. There were cops there just about every day. Elderly getting mugged. Trash on stairs. It was reported and nothing was done about it. If you value your sanity run fast from Clyde Morris landings. They took most of my deposit and I have pictures to prove place was clean when I moved out.
