I have been using Concordia Visiting Nurses services for almost a year now and I can't say enough good things about them. Ashley ,Tracy,Dawn, Jennifer the wound care nurse and any others that I may have forgotten to name (I apologize for that) have all been fantastic, above and beyond. These girls truly care about their patients. I can never thank you ladies enough for what you have done for me. They are definitely a bright spot in my day when they visit. Heritage Valley assigned this nursing company to me, less than a week ago. It has been a nightmare from the start. Nurses are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, however the lack of communication seems to be the issue. Two days this week, nurses have not shown up as scheduled. I've called the company on both instances, and they pass the buck, as well as insult me. Apparently, it's somehow my responsibility for the no-shows. I wonder if my insurance is paying for these "visits" that never happened? I highly do not recommend ... read more
