Management and property agents are great to work with, they provide excellent support. I am very satisfied with the area and location.

As a brand new tenant, i had a leak in my bathroom sink. Maintainence came out and claimed it was fixed, & the leak was not fixed. I put in a second work order at the start of the week and on Friday I noticed no one came to my unit. LEO SAID TO PUT A BUCKET UNDER IT AND COME BACK MONDAY BECAUSE HE JUST DID EXTRA WORK AND HE’S ABOUT TO LEAVE. Completely inconsiderate & rude !!!!! $1500 to have a bucket under your sink & the water system cut off every week. Moved to a piece of crap!
Estafadores. No pude mudarme luego de darles una semana completa para "mantenimiento" , apenas entre a mi nuevo apartamento tuve que regresar a entregarlo porque estaba inhabitable , el toilet suelto qué podías levantarlo y llevártelo sin resistencia alguna , la pintura mal hecha , las alfombras llenas de agua , el techo callendose , la madera de la cocina rota completa y las puertas sin visagra que era preferible que no estuviesen, el piso no deja de sonar mientras caminas al punto de pensar que se puede hundir , la limpiez... read more
