Worst place in the world to rent from my apartment flooded nonthing was done but an eviction because i refused to pay for a flooded apartment long story short i payed it off and i have been calling for days to get a confirmation email stating i did so and never got a call back after many calls
You call this company for days a leave messages nobody ever gets back to you. I’ve been calling this office for day due to one of their property managers not having my money order for my rent put it in that I gave over a week ago. Super frustrating cause they have no type of communication
Why does your corporate office NEVER answer the phone.
My property managers at Mercury West in Hampton, VA have been charging me illegal fees and have been harassing me and adding any fee they can think of just to retaliate against me due to an exchange of words they had with my father. It has put me under an incredible amount of stress- I reached out to corporate- spoke with Jenna- she said she was going to call the property and then call me back but unfortunately, I never heard back from her and got an email from my property manager saying she was adding an additional $300 fee... read more
As a current tenant, I find it completely unacceptable and unprofessional that there are no means of contacting and communicating with anyone from the corporate website. The “contact us” feature is of no help and the phone number posted on Google has no options of help to choose from! You all have no problems in putting people out of their homes and expect payment when it’s due, but tenants and CONTRACT HOLDERS can’t even get a courtesy email or phone call back!
