I have lived at Croftwood for three and a half years, and I feel other renters should know what to expect before signing a lease here. My apartment has flooded with raw sewage TWICE during my tenancy. Sewer water ran like a river through my bathroom, hallway, and bedroom, photos attached. This is not a random accident. This is by far the worst property I've stayed in. It was always like this Jackson was a better rental office manager. This new lady Angela doesn't care about the property or its residents, she just wants a check. She doesn't address any real concerns in the neighborhood. If you go to ask her questions she doesn't have an answer. There is no way to contact corporate. They don't respond to work order request. My name is Shaniya Dudley.. I’ve been calling this office for over a month. Corporate never answers. They placed my check on someone else rent March 31st charge me over $200 for a late fee when it’s their fault. They blame the rent office like the check can’t be tracked and shows they are the ones who cashed it. I call and email I never hear anything back. I’m being angry with this place
Worst place in the world to rent from my apartment flooded nonthing was done but an eviction because i refused to pay for a flooded apartment long story short i payed it off and i have been calling for days to get a confirmation email stating i did so and never got a call back after many calls
You call this company for days a leave messages nobody ever gets back to you. I’ve been calling this office for day due to one of their property managers not having my money order for my rent put it in that I gave over a week ago. Super frustrating cause they have no type of communication
