I am a nurse. I have an aid for my father in the morning. This aid has shown up on time and is extremely professional and takes care of my fathers needs above and beyond what I expect. I thank Concordia for giving me the wonderful personal aide for my father.
And here we are again. Concordia aid did not show up. I, a private nighttime aid cannot leave after a long night, as my clients need someone here at all times. Serious safety issue! Can never reach local office. They are uncaring, not living up to their promise of care to provide. The VA pays them a lot of money, and they dont give us the hours paid for, while risking a clients safety. Inexcusable!
