My father is currently a dementia patient at this location, and I could not be happier with the care he receives. The facility is clean and safe, and the staff is extremely attentive to all the residents' needs. Any questions or concerns have always been addressed quickly by administration, which I do appreciate. They make a concerted effort to make sure my dad attends the group activities that he enjoys and have been gracious about assisting us with phone calls since his skills have declined. My daughter worked here and it’s a very terrible place. Looking to file a lawsuit soon for their employees bullying behavior. A bunch of grown women that act like preteens. The administration is also terrible. They do absolutely nothing to hold their employees responsible because they are all so called friends. (Very unprofessional).

Feeling so blessed to have had such great care at Concordia Skilled facility. Memmer building. I had great Physical Therapy. Which was very hard for me. And I had great Occupational Therapy. Today a lady came by my room and asked if I wanted my nails painted. Such little things make me happy. I should be going home on Monday Oct 29th.
