RecommendedWe had the most amazing experience with our wedding transportation. Michael, our driver, arrived early with a smile. He helped us all get into the party bus and was extremely patient with us. Unfortunately it was raining a little and he made sure that I was covered by an umbrella at all times. I used Concorde Worldwide to go to and from Manhattan Piers. Our driver was extremely professional as was the agent who booked my trip. Their pricing was very reasonable and they also have an application which let me see that my vehicle was in front of my house. Because I booked using the app I got a discount. This was an extremely easy process for me, I was even able to get all my confirmations and billing right to my phone. I will use them again!!
Concord is the best. I use them for all my personal and professional travel needs.
Wish I could DISLIKE this page. Very unprofessional and horrible customer service. I was quoted a certain price for a trip several weeks in advance of the trip. Then, less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled trip I was contacted by the company saying that they misquoted me and that the actual price would be 60% more than the original quotes price. Rather than honoring the original quote (which is what any ethical and respectable business would do) they gave me the option of paying the MUCH higher fare or canceling the trip.... read more

I would highly recommend Concord Worldwide for any event! Thank you so much to the team at Concord for making our event hassle free. We rented a bus to take our guests from our Hotel to our Wedding venue on June 22nd 2014. Even though the bus broke down on the way to pick us up Concord provided an immediate set of replacement buses and we had no delays or inconveniences. They did a great job of making sure we made it safely and on time to our destination. Thanks for an amazing day!
