As a new patient, I was strongly encouraged to come back in for a 1-hour visit with a camera included. They said they like to do this for all new patients and it was complementary. I was told this at the end of my cleaning, where the dentist did come in. For my whole life of seeing dentists, the exam after the cleaning was where they told you what work needed to be done, if any. I wasn't having any symptoms. Concord woods has taken such wonderful care of us over the years! Bel, Jill, Dr Mourad and the lovely office assistants have made all of our visits easy, pain free and beyond pleasant!!
Jill is great! I’ve never had a bad experience. She tells you what she is doing at every steps; shows any issues she finds and is very gentle. A wonderful hygienist!
