I have lived in the complex for 3 years now, the first manager disappeared without a trace had to find out from the maintenance man that she left. When Melissa came on I saw an opportunity to to connect with a person who really seemed to care about the situations of people "in her care" she is very personable, caring and understanding. Recently toured the property with my daughter as she looked for her first apartment. I cannot compliment Melissa highly enough for her transparency and responsiveness. Unit is lovely, property is clean and well managed, and parking is well lit and secure. Application process and move in were efficient and went smoothly. After looking at several complexes, I am grateful my daughter found this gem.
Spent a year here only moving due to work reasons. But the staff is super friendly and very responsive. You will see them around and they’ll ask how your days going. Can’t ask for much better. Neighbors are friendly and apartments are quiet. No bad experiences here
