1 bedroom apartment was nice and priced appropriately with market value. Melissa is a great person at the community and who cares about the residents and their experience. I wish I could say the same about her maintenance crew. While pest control guy is nice and does good work, routine maintenance “claimed” to take care of requests made by myself, only to find the request was not taken care of properly or they took care of one thing but not another. I can't recommend this place enough. I have been a resident here for over a year now, phenomenal team who always helps with whatever issues come up and extremely fast. Friendly and always willing to help.
I really appreciate the prompt and professional service I receive anytime I put a work order in.
Our A/C unit recently quit cooling on a Saturday. Melissa and Quinn were incredibly responsive and the HVAC technician arrived within a couple of hours. The technician was professional and courteous and our A/C was back on within 4 hours. Thank you!
