We are also the Pet friendliest community in Riverside. We accept large breeds of dogs w/ just $300 pet deposit and NO monthly pet rent.

Great Management We lived here for 3 years and just moved into our first home. We enjoyed our time at Concord. Quiet, clean, and relaxing environment near freeways and shopping. Cyndi was and is very professional, honest, efficient, and effective since day one! Any issues, questions, or concerns were always handled immediately. Garden of Eden Come home from work, park in the shade. Listen to the birds walking to my door. Let my Italian Greyhound out of his crate for his walk. We stroll past lush ferns, ivy, golden raintrees along the sidewalk. Pass by the 2 properly spaced pools, get the mail. Greet the neighbors as they walk their dogs too. Cyndi is the best! We are moving from Missouri next week. When visiting, Cyndi helped me, I wanted a 2 bedroom downstairs and they did not have one. She gave me 2 places she recommended to look. Did not like those, and came back to get a 1 bedroom from Cyndi. So helpful, honest, and has a very nice property.
Great people When we went to go visit the people were extremely nice and very helpful. The complex is beautiful and it will probably be the place that my boyfriend and I chose for our first home.
