Gorgeous Apartments! POTENTIAL with renovations – What fabulous apartments! A girlfriend of mine just purchased one and I msut say, these are some gorgeous apartments. She compeltely renovated (most of them need to be, but it is so beyond worth it!) Some 'old' ones still left from the older brooklyn days, but the new chicer crowd is making it's way in, though a bit slower than one would hope. I have heard from both my friend who purchased (with plenty of issues) as well as a few others that the board/management can be a hind... read more
HIDDEN GEM – Unbelievable layouts, spectacular views and infinite possibiltiies: that is what these apartments are about. Unfortunateyl, I have heard similar complaints to these. They for some reason do not want to sell anything which is why it is so cheap to buy there. But let me say this once the current board is gone these apartments are going to shoot up in price faster than you can write a check. Most of the board is so old though they should be dead in a year or so. I would buy ... read more
