What an absolute dewatering of a place to live. I have visited as a guest and its hard to go back. Every time I go the ac is out in the apartment and the maintenance guy is breaking the law recharging the refrigerant over and over again. Yes, breaking the law. And damaging the environment for those that want to know. And don't get me started on the water heater that is down more than it is up.
