They do not care about my feedback because once again, im still in the reviews upset. Your teams policy doesn’t matter, you guys are the ones in the wrong and making it up should be on you. Lieing in defense is NOT actively helping your resident in the way you think it is. Very very deceitful humans to take this route. Just like any other business, yours has a reputation to live up to. Apparently I mischaracterized this place by talking about my issue in a past review… please go read that one before this one. nothing I said is a lie. Such a poor excuse by management to take real accountability for their own lies. Calling my poor experience a mischaracterization only makes you look like a liar more. When we first moved in to the Concord Village apartments the bathtub was not dripping it was pouring out after the third month they finally fixed it also the sink in the bathroom was stopped up so we could not use the sink for 2 months oh and let's not forget the toilet was so stopped up it would not flush for about 3 weeks and then they finally fixed it. Also it seems like they're having water problems out here because I know since we moved in they have shut the water off about 12 times and I am serious about this
They take forever to fix stains. My mailbox is still broken having water leaks in trouble, taking like two months to fix and the people who lived there the longest and the apartment complex has some more to say you do when you rent a place so if they don’t like you or you can’t work it out they they will cry to the higher ups to make you get removed out of the place to the point where you just get kicked out no matter if you paid rent or not and the person in office will say anything just to rent a place to you knowing that ... read more
