Beware!!! We were hired by Shawn McCarthy at Concord Landscape to do a 26 condo snow removal at Maple Meadows in Sudbury MA, on 1/25/26 & 1/26/26. Work was completed as agreed but no payment was ever received (over $2,000). Also, around the same time frame he hired us to do a 5 tree removal job. Gave us a deposit check, tried to cash it his bank declined (no funds) We removed 2 of the trees and half of one in the meantime then stopped work. BEWARE!!! Scam artists. They Take your money and do no work. Makes you take them to court to get it back and then you get your deposit back in a payment plan. The owner is a fraud. Just check with the state court systems in Worcester and middlesex county. We are still fighting to get our money back.

I am sharing my experience as a business owner who worked directly with Concord Tree & Landscape (also operating as Concord Design and Landscape). In July, they purchased materials from us and issued two checks from two different bank accounts, both of which were returned for insufficient funds. WARNING!!! Don’t do buinsess with these people they reserved 4 machines for a winter rental and reached out every week for two months to confirm that we kept them open for them then the day before the rentals are due to be delivered that stopped answering. They have a fake card number. I’d give them zero stars if I could. Stay far far away Shawn is a scam artist.
