Great company, would use again
STAY AWAY. Unprofessional crew with no attention to detail. No style when landscaping. Missed patches of grass, bushes that need to be trimmed, and they don't use the appropriate tools. They also have no problem leaving piles of mulch for weeks ("we'll be back") - worst of all, they have no respect for wetlands preservation.
I worked for this company for a few years, and I want to share the bad experience with Shawn, he only cares about money and does not care about doing the work well, I worked for him last winter and he owes me a lot of money and does not answer the phone, and I am sure that there are many who will see this comment and make their comment too, be very careful with this company and with Shawn
Nope, I would stay as far away from these guys as you can. Their hardscape work was really disappointing. We had, and still have, rocks coming loose that were cemented in place during the construction of our outdoor area. I have never seen this happen before. Now that the project is completed they won't return our calls. At least own your work, Concord Tree. Their management of the project and organization was poor.
We are very happy with our courtyard renovation. Shawn and his team pulled out all of the old, poorly maintained, and overgrown trees, bushes, and groundcover, and installed the new hardscape and planting beds. He brought me with him to the greenhouse to tag the specimen tree to be certain I was happy with the shape and size.
