We had them do some hardscape work last year that was damn disappointing. Some of the cemented in pavers are already loose and the granite steps are wobbly when you step on them. Once the job was done they shockingly just disappeared and stopped communicating. Save yourself some frustration and use someone else
I worked for this company for a few years, and I want to share the bad experience with Shawn, he only cares about money and does not care about doing the work well, I worked for him last winter and he owes me a lot of money and does not answer the phone, and I am sure that there are many who will see this comment and make their comment too, be very careful with this company and with Shawn. Great company, would use again
STAY AWAY. Unprofessional crew with no attention to detail. No style when landscaping. Missed patches of grass, bushes that need to be trimmed, and they don't use the appropriate tools. They also have no problem leaving piles of mulch for weeks ("we'll be back") - worst of all, they have no respect for wetlands preservation.
