Centrally located, walking distance from USM, food locations, and corner market. The private gated back patios are a huge plus. My favorite part of this location is the hidden pool! You can’t see it from the road and can’t get to it without going through an apartment or with a gate code.
Management is real flaky about rules especially when it comes to female tenants
Ok apartments, mine had a roach problem before I moved in that persisted the whole time despite many tickets for maintenance and keeping everything in plastic containers. The building manager was impossible to get a hold of though when I was moving out.
I was supposed to have a tour, drove two hours and couldn’t find the office and had no one pick up the phone after calling idk how many times, think we will skip on this
