They towed my AWD on the wrong tow bed. For one, my car almost flipped over on the tow truck which called major damage to the back of my car ( the body and the rear differentials). I’ve called the manger several times, seems as if I’m blocked. I’m waiting on Gary to get back to me about these damages. Brett, the one who towed, looked at my car after everything happened and said “ it’s just some scrapes” wrong. What an easy company to do business with! Dispatch was super-fast and easy. Great value and fast response. Great drivers, better than most drivers that have been. Great service! They were fast, professional and very patient with me. They assisted me many times in person to pick up the stuff from my car. They answered 24/7. Prompt, polite and very helpful. It was stress relieving communication. I appreciate so much the courtesy and professionalism of the staff and drivers at the office of 2005 West C Street, Kannapolis.
