Great little apartments with laundry hookups in the units. Can't beat the rent price either. Landlord is always kind and willing to help. Area is quiet and peaceful.
Apartments don't get repaired, property is left in shambles units often have Black mold so much unit is closed by the health department
My dad pass away in one of the apartment he lived in there he passed away on February 23 2018 this place is horrible because soon as my dad died the landlord Kevin kick my mom out of the apartment right after my dad died
