My 84yo Mother lives at Concord Square Apts. She has repeatedly tried to have maintenance done, and nothing is happening. Her front door sticks and she cannot open it. She has to yell thru the door to passers by to have them open it for her. She has black mold in her bathroom and has ask for it to be removed, and gets not action. Snow piles on the sidewalks and maintenance does not remove it. I have advised her to call the Fire Department the next time she cannot open her front door.
