We are selling our home that Concord Roofing had worked on in 2019. The "home inspection company" came up with a problem on the way the drip line had been installed. I was sure that we would have a problem correcting such a small detail three years later. And when I called, the salesman that I had dealt with he was no longer with the company!! When we had hail damage last year, I knew to call Concord Roofing because they had installed our roof 10 years ago after another Texas hail storm. Doug R******* came out and talked with the insurance inspector to be sure he got everything that needed to be repaired. Concord worked with my insurance company and let me know exactly when and what was being done. We had a new roof within a week. When they finished everything was neat and clean. The job was handled professionally; I would recommend Concord Roofing to anyone.

Following hail storm damage, Doug R******* with Concord took care of everything. Professional, timely, listened and addressed concerns. Doug guided me through the process of insurance, venders and crews, met with adjuster. All I had to do was confirm work dates and times. Took care of daughter's and neighbors homes also. Trust is important to me, I trust Concord and highly recommend.

After the Downburst Storm, June 2019, several of our neighbors worked with Ted H**** @ Concord Roofing and said great things about him/the company. We got delayed with repairs because we were working to hold our shingle mfg to honor their warranty. Ted was patient and informative and never pushy through all the months of negotiation.
