I ACTUALLY REALLY LOVE THIS APARTMENT I REALLY ENJOY LIVING HERE!!! THE PEOPLE ARE REALLY FRIENDLY. IT IS CLOSE TO EVERYTHING. THEY ALWAYS FIX EVERYTHING IN A TIMELY MANNER!!!
Could be better! This could be the perfect place to live with pets but there is a restriction! No large breed or pit bulls. Not fair to responsible pet owner with lovable pit bulls! Carpet instead of vinyl or wood floors....light color carpet is a huge no-no with children and pets! The playground is a joke! So is the pool area! Rent went up too!
Landmark Street This building has a lot of space. The bedrooms are huge, it fits my king size bed, my long dresser, and two shelves with plenty of space left over to move around. The living room area is spacious as well, with a super cute fire place and large windows to let in plenty of light. It has a small patio in the back, but it has enough space for two chairs and a round table to relax at. There is also a really nice little park about a mile down the road which is great for walks with kids or animals.
Affordable and comfortable in a Great location Manor Ridge Apartments is located close to Merrimon Avenue at the northern end of Asheville in the Woodfin area. Close to beautiful Beaver Lake, a variety of shops and restaurants, and nestled in a quiet community with exceptional views of the Blue Ridge mountains. Nice!!!!! This complex is very nice, easy to shop,eat, and have a nice little walk. A place to swim and workout . Very quite and pet friendly. I'm really glad I had moved here., I can walk to work.Try them yourself and you will love it.
Good Value and Convenience for the Price I've been staying at Boxwood Villas for about six months, and so far, I've enjoyed staying there. The people in the rental office are really nice, and they work hard to keep the place safe, well-maintained and fair. The apartment was clean and kept up quite nicely when I first moved in. However, I did not see any other apartments other than the one I am leasing. Affordable and Nice These townhomes in my opinion were great. It was a quiet area, all of my neighbors were nice, and the manager was really nice and understanding. We have a nice backyard area for thr kids to play in and areas to grill out with no charge. Plus, water is included in rent. Spacious living room, two bathrooms, big master closet, gorgeous kitchen, and washer & dryer for no extra charge is included.
