pets although ido not own pets, i do tolerate pets,but here in greenville location @ horseshoe drive it is getting out of hand with dog poop,people are letting there dogs poop in front of ,behind and on side of complex without picking uo behind them many with huge dogs owning 2-3 of them. It is terrible to go out side or go on your porch for air only to smell and look at dog poop all around you.Please get this under control; i know the maint. do there best to maintain yard and equipment ,tenents have to be accoutable. Great Overall I have been living here now just under a year (2 months away from 1 year). I actually love it here. Everytime something is broken in my apartment, I can tell Carol (property manager), and they will come fix it within 2-3 days. The only 2 downfalls that I have living here is that 1: I love to eat, and it is so close to resturants that I eat out all the time (I know, my problem). However the second down fall I have, is the speed bumps. I feel as there is way to many. I can understand the 2 at the entrance, howeve... read more
Blatant liars nothing is what it seems Run the other way they switch owners every 3quarters Lots of mold due to water leaks, bug infestation recluse spiders fire ants bed bugs and roaches they are pretending to resolve issues throughout complex, an intentional lack of/in communication, mail issues employees questioning children without consent and parental presence and using children to gain access inside of units drinking employee barges in cops called he still works there three separate occasions same man
I ACTUALLY REALLY LOVE THIS APARTMENT I REALLY ENJOY LIVING HERE!!! THE PEOPLE ARE REALLY FRIENDLY. IT IS CLOSE TO EVERYTHING. THEY ALWAYS FIX EVERYTHING IN A TIMELY MANNER!!!
Could be better! This could be the perfect place to live with pets but there is a restriction! No large breed or pit bulls. Not fair to responsible pet owner with lovable pit bulls! Carpet instead of vinyl or wood floors....light color carpet is a huge no-no with children and pets! The playground is a joke! So is the pool area! Rent went up too!
Landmark Street This building has a lot of space. The bedrooms are huge, it fits my king size bed, my long dresser, and two shelves with plenty of space left over to move around. The living room area is spacious as well, with a super cute fire place and large windows to let in plenty of light. It has a small patio in the back, but it has enough space for two chairs and a round table to relax at. There is also a really nice little park about a mile down the road which is great for walks with kids or animals.

Nice!!!!! This complex is very nice, easy to shop,eat, and have a nice little walk. A place to swim and workout . Very quite and pet friendly. I'm really glad I had moved here., I can walk to work.Try them yourself and you will love it.
Good Value and Convenience for the Price I've been staying at Boxwood Villas for about six months, and so far, I've enjoyed staying there. The people in the rental office are really nice, and they work hard to keep the place safe, well-maintained and fair. The apartment was clean and kept up quite nicely when I first moved in. However, I did not see any other apartments other than the one I am leasing.
