Broke down apartments I would give it no stars if I could management changed 3 time when I rented and management kicks people out for no reason and maintenance takes for ever to fix things.
Very nice Clean, well kept, quiet. Staff very attentive. Very nice place to live.
Handicap parking spot We went to the office to find out about a handicap parking spot and when we got back from the store it was already up Thank you so much for getting that done We also had a problem with the air conditioner and Taylor sent the man right over to check it out it needed Freon he put it in and it works very well now. Don’t Rent Here The guy in the office is horrible. He doesn’t fix anything or respond to any messages. If I was that much of a failure at my job I would be fired. Place is way over priced. He is trying to make the complex something it’s not. A lot better rentals around the area than this place.
Great staff Manager was very knowledgeable and worked to secure me a studio apt. I ended up not needing it weeks before it opened. I would highly recommend Oakwood, I could tell Manager was very upfront and professional and would work to help anyone.
Not safe at all Please do not put yourself and your family in danger by moving here. We rented there for 2 years and it was a complete nightmare! Maintenance NEVER shows up when they are scheduled to. We had to abruptly move out because there was a water leak and it caused mold in our ceiling. Maintenance half fixed the issue with promises to return on two different occasions, which never happened. As you may read online, there was a promise 2 years ago that a privacy fence was going to be installed. That never happened. The... read more
horrible this place is nasty all the buildings are bug infested not worth the money you pay the maintenance is horrible as well I don't recommend moving here. I repeat do move into this apartment complex.

pets although ido not own pets, i do tolerate pets,but here in greenville location @ horseshoe drive it is getting out of hand with dog poop,people are letting there dogs poop in front of ,behind and on side of complex without picking uo behind them many with huge dogs owning 2-3 of them. It is terrible to go out side or go on your porch for air only to smell and look at dog poop all around you.Please get this under control; i know the maint. do there best to maintain yard and equipment ,tenents have to be accoutable. Great Overall I have been living here now just under a year (2 months away from 1 year). I actually love it here. Everytime something is broken in my apartment, I can tell Carol (property manager), and they will come fix it within 2-3 days. The only 2 downfalls that I have living here is that 1: I love to eat, and it is so close to resturants that I eat out all the time (I know, my problem).
