Broke down apartments I would give it no stars if I could management changed 3 time when I rented and management kicks people out for no reason and maintenance takes for ever to fix things.
Very nice Clean, well kept, quiet. Staff very attentive. Very nice place to live.
Satisfied Tenant I’ve lived here since 2020 and I haven’t had any major issues. Management has always been helpful and reachable. Maintenance has always been competent and reliable. Yes, the buildings are older, the renovations they’ve been doing has helped. Overall, I’m happy living here.
Decent Apartments My time here was short but mostly sweet. I only stayed a year and during the year, both apartment managers were nice, helpful and caring. Any problems I had, they immediately sent someone out either that day or the next day in the morning. When I first moved in, there were roaches but after spraying of my own and setting down traps I never saw them again. Handicap parking spot We went to the office to find out about a handicap parking spot and when we got back from the store it was already up Thank you so much for getting that done We also had a problem with the air conditioner and Taylor sent the man right over to check it out it needed Freon he put it in and it works very well now. Don’t Rent Here The guy in the office is horrible. He doesn’t fix anything or respond to any messages. If I was that much of a failure at my job I would be fired. Place is way over priced. He is trying to make the complex something it’s not. A lot better rentals around the area than this place.
Great staff Manager was very knowledgeable and worked to secure me a studio apt. I ended up not needing it weeks before it opened. I would highly recommend Oakwood, I could tell Manager was very upfront and professional and would work to help anyone.
Not safe at all Please do not put yourself and your family in danger by moving here. We rented there for 2 years and it was a complete nightmare! Maintenance NEVER shows up when they are scheduled to. We had to abruptly move out because there was a water leak and it caused mold in our ceiling. Maintenance half fixed the issue with promises to return on two different occasions, which never happened. horrible this place is nasty all the buildings are bug infested not worth the money you pay the maintenance is horrible as well I don't recommend moving here. I repeat do move into this apartment complex.
