Wish I could give these people ZERO stars. They took over managing the apartment building. I reside in. Their business hours are Monday through Friday 9 to 5 and I have called multiple contacts at the company and the office and no answer. I’m calling to complain about the god-awful property manager they sent to handle our complex. 1625 Crenshaw Blvd Los Angeles, CA 90019 In the six months since Concord took over management of my building, the overall experience has gone downhill fast. Package theft has been an ongoing problem, and instead of improving security, management’s “solution” was to tell residents to have packages delivered to a different address so they don’t get stolen. I had great experience leasing from Concord. I highly recommend living in one of their buildings, they are very responsive and attentive. My manager James was fantastic!!
