I had great experience leasing from Concord. I highly recommend living in one of their buildings, they are very responsive and attentive. My manager James was fantastic!!
This company acquired my building and immediately fired all security. This is an investment firm, they don’t care about any of their tenants they care about their investors. They use other people’s money to acquire the homes of others, gut those homes and then flip it for profit, firms like these are leeches to society and provide 0 return value. Served me an eviction notice with less than 10 days left of my lease, started giving me issues as soon as I opted to lease month to month. Mentioning payments were late or not made even with receipt receipts to back myself up. Major cockroach infestation throughout the entire building, I found a bone of some animal in my drawer long after moving in, and overall neglect the cleanliness of all common spaces.
