ALL of this company’s listings are either heavily photoshopped to the point of being unrecognizable, or the photos show completely different apartments. Very disappointing.
I recently moved into a building that was purchased by this company not long ago. Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. Management, including the regional manager, does not take effective action to ensure that residents follow building rules. Instead of addressing violations, they place pressure on tenants who report problems.
