If I could give this very unprofessional company a zero, then I would. My daughter has had nothing but trouble with them, from trying to replace a sink, fly screen, remote control that was already damaged from the entry report, to asking her to cut down a banana tree to the stump that the owners planted!!! Lack of communication and no professional handover I cannot believe how they can continue to operate Avoid them at all costs!!!
If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT SIGN A LEASE WITH THIS REALESTATE. Poor communication, unreasonable demands, unprofessional across the whole board. My review would be far too long if I mentioned how they’ve treated us as tenants. Do not make the same mistake my partner and I did. I hope this helps one other person out there.
Check all your bills from 9/2024 if issued you you after 4 weeks the date you don’t have to pay… check they issue the front page also with the issue date on there if they don’t it’s also a breach!! Section 166. Had the pleasure of a fire alarm going off for 8 days from notice to fix. 5 nights woken. Property Manager after being asked to leave after inspection took exception to my advise about their services he then forced he’s way back inside and refused to leave despite being asked to 3 more times. They never fix shit.
