If I had the ability to leave 0 stars then I would. When you first rent with them, of course they seem lovely. As soon as you’re in, they’re extremely rude unless they want something. All their emails are very blunt and passive aggressive. After telling them we were using our friend who’s a bond cleaner, they kept trying to push us to use theirs who was over double the price. Having worked with the team at Concord since their inception, I have found them to be nothing but hard working, honest and absolutely reliable pm's. If you are renting or looking for someone to manage your property, I would not hesitate to give them a try.
I've had the chance to rent through Concord Real Estate not once, but twice. Honestly, it's been a great experience. A special shout out to Sharon who is straightforward to deal with, always there when you need her, and genuinely makes the whole renting process easy. The owner of the property I am currently in recently changed to a different property management company and dealing with them is an ABSOLUTE nightmare!
