Are you kidding me? I have been here for 2 months less than a year. I must say that it is not cozy at all. Teenagers hang out all night, neighbors play blarring loud music. The management is never in the office to answer the phones. The grounds keeper guy is nosy, and pushy. The new manager has a teenage daughter that hangs around children much younger than herself. real cozy, and warm, minutes from charlotte, not far from 485 0r 85. The people are great to work with, and I think a lot of the managment that was there, always improving. Would I move back, yes. Shirley
