They have done work for me twice, hot water heater, and well pump inside and outside in a foot of snow. From picking up the phone (a lot of places don't do that AND don't bother to call you back), coming with everything they may need along with their expertise you will be in good hands. Topnotch customer service, reasonable prices and all around nice people, two thumbs up!
Always a pleasure to having their expertise to get the job done! Highly recommend for the future repair or installation!
These guys definitely know their stuff. We had a particularly difficult sewer tie in and they went above and beyond to get us sorted out. They deserve bonuses for the hard back breaking work they put in. Never seen harder workers.
I called on a Monday, was told that someone would be out to fix my cracked bathroom pipe either Wednesday or Thursday late afternoon. When no one showed up, I recall and was told mid-morning Friday. You guessed it. No show again. No apologies, just the lame “You weren’t actually in the service book” (WTF?) excuse. Three wasted chunks of hours long time that I wish that I could bill them for. I can’t even comment on what kind of expertise they have because we never got that far.
George SR (and crew) was always great to work with and he did great work at my residence and business for years. George JR (the owner’s son), however, showed up an hour late and then told me there would not be enough time to complete all the work we had lined up 3 weeks in advance (when the job was quoted, it was known that this would be an all day job).
