Great Apartments I lived in Concord Place Apartments while attending the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh. I thought that the apartments were the best for me because they were so close to the campus and also because I had underground parking. The management wasn't always around when the office hours said they would be, but the apartments are very new and there weren't too many issues.
