Dr Roberts and the staff are compassionate and caring. My girls are treated with dignity, respect, and love throughout the visit. I won't even consider another vet for my girls. I would give them 10 stars.
Special thank you to the amazing staff and doctors over at Concord Parkway Animal Hospital. Jaylyn and Mia love going to vet and seeing their friends (staff members and doctors). Our little nugget threw her back this morning and just about gave mommy a heart attack. I called the vets office as soon as it happened , they worked her in, and had her on the mend in a matter of hours. Thank you for always being superstars and caring for our babes like they are your own!!
This place has been our vet for years, luckily we haven’t had to use them lately, but called today, needed my 16 year old cat put down, and we were told they could see us the next day @2:45, we weren’t calling to have a checkup! That little consideration for an animal, was it for us. Time to find a new more concerned place.
You all have seen just about all of my cats and I am always so pleased with service I receive. Here’s my recent foster, Lucy, with four little jelly beans born today. I think there’s more coming.
