Jordan is horrible, us and many of our friends looked into Lombardo for building our home and were all treated very rudely by him. He is racist and very condescending. I highly recommend staying away from this community because of him. We decided against Lombardo for the sole reason of Jordan. If they can hire people like him, we do not wish to have any part of that. If I could give zero stars I would, I have never been treated so disrespectfuly as I was by Jordan at the sales office. As a paying customer I should not feel duped or laughed at in my face for asking questions. It felt as if as soon as the purchase agreement was signed we were nothing. As a first time home buyer there were things that I did not understand and instead of gidenace I received trickery and mockery.
