Dr. Mollano is a friendly doctor. He is good at what he does. The reason for my score is his time management is awful. I have had 5 visits with this doctor and it was my very first appointment where I didn't sit 45 minutes past my appointment time. I have better things to do than to wait around without any explanation for an hour. Considering you are always instructed to be the 15 minutes early to check in. It is infuriating!! This Dr Mollano did my surgery on carpal tunnel. Excellent job at best. No more pain. I have tendonitis, in the wrist, which is very painful for the kind of work I do. So that's why I was there yesterday to see him. Great Doctor and will do another surgery for me in the end of March or beginning of April. Sara
Very professioinal, got right to the point, listened to me reagrding my issue and got the next course ogf action into play right away, gave me a thorough evaluation, reviewed x-rays with me, gave me treament options moving forward.
Dr Mollano was able to diagnose my issues quickly after I had already been seen by another orthoppaedic doctor who was NOT able to help even after I reached out several times complaining of pain. He ultimately performed ulnar shortening surgery that was very successful and is helping me address other issues as well. (I have complicated issues unfortunately). I am confident in his knowledge, especially noticeable after my prior disappointing experience at another practice.
