Great experience at Orr Nissan in the Auto Mall on Bert Kouns. Michael Stewart and Roque, the GM, were honest, helpful, and did not hassle me at all. Instead, they presented me with options that were suitable for me and my budget. They made it possible for me to buy a new vehicle with only a small increase in my monthly payment. I highly recommend this no-pressure dealership.

My best place to go for my car service is Gurley Leed in Mishawaka, iN because they have a best service advisor name Cassandra. She is the best, kind, competent and always has a solution that works for the clients. While she there, I will  always go for my car service. Thank you Miss Cassy🤗

worst experience ever! Purchased a certified preowned 2020 Nissan Leaf SL plus. I had the vehicle for less than a 3 day when i attempted to charge the battery. The battery then overheated and bloated, the car went into limp mode. I had it towed to the closest Nissan dealership since it was under warranty but I was paying for towing. The dealership i puchased the car at demanded they only look at it. They had it towed then told me there was nothing they could do to make the car drivable. The dealership REFUSED to return or cr... read more

I’m a 55-year-old single woman with good credit but no established history, and I expected stress buying a car—and I was not disappointed in my hometown of Cape Coral. My own bank of over 30 years denied me. Dejected, I was ready to settle for a cheap nickel-and-dime car just to get to work. Then a coworker recommended Palmetto 57 Nissan. Yes, it’s a haul from Cape Coral—but when you find the best, distance doesn’t matter. It was the smartest decision I could have made. This place will LIE straight to your face and will take advantage of people with mental disabilities. I was treated wrong at this dealership. They could tell I'm a little autistic and nervous and they manipulated and coerced into doing what the salespeople wanted. I said 3 times I did not want to trade my car. I just wanted to see about refinancing. I need more cash on hand. They wanted me to trade in. I said I didn't want to trade in, just see about refinancing. Then they told me refinancing wouldn't help me because it was ... read more

My first encounter with Nissan Campbell went far better than expected... When I bought my 2017 Pathfinder from a used car outlet, I expected a certain amount of cost would be revealed for the "unknown". The outlet promised service support and never got me in for any of the 3 scheduled appointments. When the 1st major issue came up - about a year ago, the mechanic said it was something in the transmission , I should go to a Nissan Dealership. I dreaded that thought. Donnie was the service advisor on that first appoin... read more
