I tried reaching out today. But nissan, apparently does not want to talk to me. Told us our breaks have less than a thousand miles left on, told us our struts were completely worn out. They also said, we needed a new air filter in the engine compartment. The engine air filter, it was practically brand new, we had the brakes and struts checked.The struts were perfect, did not need replacing, maybe not perfect. And the brakes were still at fifty percent life.Who knows how many miles that is, your guess?Is as good as mine.
The parts department goes above and beyond to serve their customers. A++++
Came in today and John from parts helped me out exceptionally. Educated me on information I wasn’t confident on and helped me diagnose some problems . Also printed me out pictures to further my understanding
