I requested the gel manicure be removed due to unsatisfactory service but upon the nail technician being told to remove the work, they immediately became upset. They were rough handling my hands, used a drill bit at 10 speed to remove the nail polish. They only lowered the speed of the drill bit at towards the end because I was crying. The other staff member seated next to her did nothing to resolve the issue. Afterwards, she used her finger nails to dig into my cuticles and skin.
