I hope and pray my hospital drops this company asap because their billing department is terrible and no way to get in contact with anyone!!!!! Terrible!!!!
Absolutely awful medical staffing company
We paid all of our medical bills and got 2 bills from concord . It took a week if going back and fourth to finally figure out what the bill was . My suggestion to everyone reading this is . Contact your members of congress and the senate and get legislation to make this illegal.
Very poor leadership/management
My wife went to an ER in a small hospital. We paid the hospital bill less than a month later. Then 10 months later we get a letter from CAC, a collection agency for Concord saying we owed more. They never sent us a bill for this and are now threatening to report it to credit bureaus. Very unethical and unprofessional. I paid the amount on line, but they handled it completely wrong. I itemize my taxes and claim all medical and I did not have their invoice from last year so I have proof.
