Genuinely terrible staff and they are all liars. Thanks for the zero call back when it was promised by Thursday. When I called in on Thursday night I was told it would be Friday. Called back Friday since I’d heard nothing and I was told someone would call me right back. Now it’s the weekend, no help, crisis in full effect for over a week with no help at all from these lazy liars. My family LOVES Concord Medical Center! We gladly drive from Hardin Valley to Lenior City because of the amazing care we receive every time we visit. The staff and providers always take their time to truly listen and get to the root of what we need to be our healthiest selves. We are always treated like family and that goes a long way. You will not be disappointed.
Can't say enough good things about the staff and Lauren Gallian, she's provided my family with pragmatic, grounded, thoughtful medical advice for years now.
