They evict you even after they set up payment arrangements for you
Maintenance stinks, apt. At Concord, and heritage square in Wellington *same owner, very bad repairing needed and not done! If it gets done finally, it is not done right . Simply put a bandaid on the problem.
The staff is really nice and I am pleased to talk to them on the phone. And very well polite to me when I call.
