I’ve been living here since January and it’s been a smooth experience so far. The place is clean, quiet, and I love how everything is super close by grocery stores, restaurants, even Disney’s just a short drive. Maintenance is on point too. They came out the same day I submitted a request, which I didn’t expect.
My partner and I moved in last fall and we’ve loved it. The community feels super safe, and there’s a calm vibe overall. We’ve even made a few friends at the pool, which is rare for us lol. Super close to everything in Kissimmee, but still feels private.
Jessica and Carmen were very helpful during the move in process.
It's been hard to get a hold of the staff. If you're looking for a complex with a reliable pool, this may not be the one. Several times over the past few months, we got our hopes up, only to find the pool was closed. It is hot and we want to enjoy what we are paying for.
Place is clean, beautiful customer service team are very nice and helpful
