HORRIBLE! No customer service whatsoever. Properties are even worse at least Riverside. Had to live there with roaches, maintance coming and going from MY apartment as they pleased, 15+ services calls to fix an air conditioner that cost me nearly \$250 a month to run. 7 service calls and the threat of going to a lawyer to get my dishwasher fixed.
