I love here so much. So nice
Very poor place under new ownership all about money but they don't give a care about the tenants. Raising the rent but they don't want to fix the place up
I lived at this complex on two separate occasions and I loved it. First, it's a steal compared to other rentals in Orlando. Second, the area can't be beat with proximity to college park and Ivanhoe. Third, Faye is the BEST property manager. Fourth, my apartment was gorgeous with beautiful wood floors. The only downfall is that it's an old building so there are window units instead of central air conditioning. Also most units do not have washer and dryers but there are some on property.
