My experience at Hunter Run Apartments was wonderful. I'm eternally grateful to Daviana for all her understanding and help, to Noah and the entire maintenance team for always being attentive to the needs of their tenants, and for their charisma and quick response to different situations. Thank you all so much for such a pleasant three-year stay. I give this place a 10 and highly recommend it to anyone looking to rent in the area.
The maintenance team here is excellent !! I've been here 6 years and have never had one problem with the maintenance team !! Always arrive quickly !!
My family member, who is ill, stays here and their AC broke Sunday at 12 PM. She called twice and left voicemails with the answering service, but no one ever showed up. The next day (Monday), by 3:30 PM, no one had come either. My sick relative had to personally go find a maintenance worker and ask for help. We were told the calls were never transferred.
