Highly recommend. Had a heating issue, came next day, diagnosed the problem quickly, did a partial fix with parts in the truck, then ordered the needed the parts and came back to complete the work. Excellent customer service, good prices.

I refer them when I can and what I love is their honest approach and availability. They service my furnace every fall and they are there when we need them. Fixed my AC condenser after quickly diagnosing the issue. Polite, prompt, professional and courteous.
I had a new furnace installed Tuesday by Concord Heating & A/C and I couldn't be any happier. The crew showed up on time - they were very friendly and professional, hard working and the job was completed in a few hours. I had received quotes from 2 other local companies and Concord Heating by far had the best price. I would highly recommend their quality work and look forward to working with them in the future.
