TL;DR: the doctors and staff are good, the facility is nice, but their scheduling and payment practices are disorganized and problematic. --- Super frustrated with their scheduling. I've had virtual appointments where they didn't call and when I called they said "don't worry, he's just running behind, he'll call." It was a pleasure working with Mason (PA) and Dr. Scargle. The office staff is attentive and professional, and the wait time for the appointment wasn't too long. Both providers I met with were warm and compassionate, and took the time the discuss any questions or concerns I had regarding my overall treatment. I would highly recommend their services to individuals needing psych services in the Pinellas County region.
This office staff here is seriously incredible. I've always had nothing but pleasant experiences and the best care provided for every appointment or phone call. Dr. Scargle was amazing when I first started coming here a few years ago, and I've been seeing her PA Mason Fish ever since to manage my medication. Both of them are a delight and I truly appreciate everything they've done for me. Can't say enough good things about this place and would recommend to anyone!
