Lived here for about 7/8 months and then had to move because of a resident by the name of Tim, (always sits on his balcony) threatened to beat up my pregnant girlfriend, so we no longer felt safe there. Inside of the apartments themselves are nice though.
Beautiful spacious two bedroom two bath apartments in Newburgh Indiana. The grounds are also well kept and beautiful. Some of newburgh's premiere apartments
They raised the rent $125. We now have to pay for water, too. This is a huge blow for many of us. The apartments have zero comps & the parking lot is almost empty. WOW's bandwidth crawls. The trash is everywhere. The new property owner isn't friendly. For what it's worth, I can hear my neighbor use the restroom. That is how thin our walls are at Concord Green Apartments. ~Regret
