Maintenance SUCKS. Like literally sucks. Ive had the maintenance on multiple occasions come in and say “ill be back” and never come back. Office gossips about others. They do not seem to care AT ALL about ANY of their tenants. They will seem to care the first couple months probably because you’re new and then not at all. Maintenance deletes service requests without completing them. They dont upkeep the apartments. They do the absolute bare minimum.
