I walked into this walk-in clinic for a regular, super simple issue. I explained everything to the staff, and they told me to wait. After wasting almost an hour, they called me back to the counter just to make me repeat everything I had already told them. It's just not very professional, despite the staff being pleasant people.
After many years on the wait list for a family doctor I was blessed to find myself appointed to this office. The staff is great and very social/ helpful. My doctor is amazing and goes above and beyond. I couldn't ask for more.
I would like to say that my experience at this clinic has been exceptional. I have to admit it does tend to get a bit busy but they are very efficient and the wait time is not very long. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. I am very impressed by the level of care I receive at each visit. My family doctor of over 40 years retired and I was very worried, But, after meeting Dr. Shafiq I am So happy.
