This clinic has a complete lack of professionalism and empathy. I arrived in person at 3:30 PM—well before their posted 4:00 PM closing time—and was rudely turned away. The receptionist gave me immense attitude, acting as though it was my fault for coming in. They refused to even ask the doctor if an exception could be made. To make matters worse, the receptionist was actively eating chips at the front counter. Exceptional doctors & staff, they listening and cared about all the concerns of my family's needs & health in a kind patient caring & humble matter. The staff reception is modern & clean and they were very helpful, kind & so nice. Everyone was very professional, fast, and friendly & welcoming. The whole team is wonderful
