This place shrunk one of my jackets at least 2 sizes and ripped the inner lining. When I called them about it they said they would "send it off" to their manager and he would decide "if anything was done wrong!" Something was definitely done wrong but a random person in parts unknown determines that? What a joke!
These guys did a great job on my ASU's. I will be using them again for all of my dry cleaning needs. I was very happy with the prices as well. Thank you for a great first experience.
Amazing! Brought daughters wedding dress to be cleaned after the wedding. This dress has a shoe print, oil from the street and so much more. Newport brought this dress back to its original state. Yes! The price was affordable and service was on time! Highly recommend Newport cleaners.
I just had 3 shirts to clean. Dropped them off Wednesday morning. Was suppose to be ready Friday at 4pm. Show up no shirts. Was told I'd receive a phone call from the plant manger..yeah ok...not going back there ever...pitiful. Owner finally called me left a voice mail saying he's sorry about my service told me he would work on the delivery system so that wouldn't happen again.
