First time using this place—Dropped off our comforter here and they said it could take 2 weeks. We waited for the call after the third week we decided to call them and inquire about the comforter. They said it had been there for the past two weeks. Supposedly an employee dialed the wrong number, didn’t get an answer and decided that was enough and never called back.
