Customer service has gone rock bottom since Jennifer left to work at the headquarters. Janet is passive aggressive and doesn’t follow through with any requests. Plus, she flat out lies every time I ask her a question. I’ve been trying to get maintenance service for 2 weeks for a plumbing issue and have only received an email acknowledgement that the request has been received. No action though.
I've lived here for two years, in those two years the office staff has changed 4-5 times. No one ever knows what's going on any time I have any questions. They've increased the rent to ridiculous prices for how run down it is. They have been doing renovations on the outside of the buildings, they removed my railing on my porch over two weeks ago & it has yet to be replaced! All I have is two boards in an X... Great community to live in. Right near downtown Smyrna. Office staff are great too. Maintance issues are fixed within a day or two. Overall great experience living here for almost 3 years.
Great staff. Moved in was a breezed, work order gets done in a timely manner..... don't have much to complain about..
Ive never been to any apartments where the management is just like family. They are not only here to do their job, but make sure the residents are secure as well as the kids. We have pool parties, halloween parties, and xmas parties they give back to the community. I've lived here now over 6+ plus years and i must say the new management is doing a great job!!!
I have lived here for more than 5 years and can say the new management is really making a difference, I was a a time afraid to walk home after work, that is not a problem now, am very happy with the new management they are doing a great job, keep up the great work
