Living here was my worst mistake. This complex will pull you in with how nice the area is on the outside and your that they have quality maintenance, but their buildings are dilapidated to the point where both bees and squirrels are living inside the ceilings, and I, unfortunately, have first hand experience hearing and seeing them. It takes literal months for maintence to do anything and, to top off all the negligence, we went without a FIRE EXTINGUISHER for half a year.
