Absolutely terrible experience with Concord Consulting and Association Management, Inc. It feels like they just don't care about the tenants or the owners of the property. Avoid them at all costs if you want a responsive management team They seem to lack basic professionalism and often come across as dismissive when people raise legitimate concerns. Great group of hard works
Horrible management company could care less about the home owners that pay their salary !!
Could not be worse. Disrespect for homeowners, complete lack of ability to advise the board with any independence, disrespect for meeting times, very slow to respond to inquiries, evasive responses,. Simply terrible.
