Horrible management company could care less about the home owners that pay their salary !!
Could not be worse. Disrespect for homeowners, complete lack of ability to advise the board with any independence, disrespect for meeting times, very slow to respond to inquiries, evasive responses,. Simply terrible.
We are so happy with Ruth and Concord Consulting. A VAST imrovement over other property management companies. Our HOA has been lucky to be with Concord for over 10 years now and wouldn't change a thing.
