Everyone that lives here was so nice looks like a very dog friendly building. I love the mini waterfall fountains outside. Lovely concierge experience thank you 😊
We’ve been living in this building for 2 years. The building is well maintained, management makes sure to communicate all the events happening in the building (furniture delivery, repairs etc). Gabriel, our main concierge, knows everyone by name and does a fantastic job. Great place to live in Belltown.
Nope. Bad Area 1) The homeless bathe and worse in the fountain. 2) Unhelpful neighbors. 3) The smell. (Weed and more) 4) Seattle folks act shocked and hurt when you give them honesty. 🙃 5) Staff is either racist or just plain stupid. You pick.
