I am not understanding how you guys can make the people that is staying in Concord for years moved out to move someone in from Chicago why but you won't people to be loyal to you on paying rent on time but you cannot be loyal to the people that's been there for years that you moved out to move someone else in that is a shame Gary is supposed to stick together Gary supposed to be all for Gary not all for Chicago if they took care of the low income housing they wouldn't be moving here.

The floor plan of the apartment is very nice. Apartment is up to date and modern. Only major issues that I have is that the heat is not adequate. When it's cold out, it will be just as cold in your apartment. Also hot water goes out quite often in the winter time. Hard to get in contact with the leasing office...phone just rings and no one ever gets back to you. Pay your rent on time, because if you don't management like to leave signs hanging on your door for you and all your neighbors to know that your rent is late.
knowing about these apartments and would like my famliy to live here one day soon! I was on this page trying to get information to rent a 3 or 4 bedroom apartment or house. I have seven children, with a job and over $1300 in s.s.i. benefits. Personally, I want someplace worth me and my children's money. I like the neighborhood, the location is right down the street from my job and I need a brand new start on life to do bigger and better things. I really think that we can do that there. These apartments are nice and very reasonable. If you would like to budget your money, this is the place to live, the maintenance is rapid and 24 hours! Don't waste your time at those other places here is where you need to be.
